Our Refund Policy

We have a ‘no refund policy’ on our service.

This is to include, gift vouchers, products, treatments and pre paid treatment courses.


Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment fee. No shows and cancellations on the day are charged at 100%. 


Weddings cancelled within 2 weeks of wedding date are non refundable.Weddings cancelled within 2 weeks of wedding date are non refundable

.Please bare in mind that appointments are times booked out specifically for you and can not be filled at short notice.

Deposits paid are Non refundable.
